लताप्रतानैर्बहुभिःपर्णैश्च बहुभिर्वृताम्।।5.14.36।।काञ्चनीं शिंशुपामेकां ददर्श हरियूथपः।वृतां हेममयीभिस्तु वेदिकाभिस्समन्ततः।।5.14.37।।

Transliteration

latāpratānair bahubhiḥ parṇaiś ca bahubhir vṛtām || (5.14.36)

kāñcanīṃ śiṃśupām ekāṃ dadarśa hariyūthapaḥ |

vṛtāṃ hemamayībhis tu vedikābhis samantataḥ || (5.14.37)

Translation

ഈ പാഠപരമ്പരയിലും അതേ ദൃശ്യം ആവർത്തിക്കുന്നു: ലതാപ്രതാനങ്ങളും കനത്ത ഇലകളും നിറഞ്ഞ ഏക കാഞ്ചനീ ശിംശുപാവൃക്ഷത്തെ വാനരസേനാനായകൻ ദർശിക്കുന്നു; അത് എല്ലാദിക്കിലും സ്വർണ്ണവേദികകളാൽ ചുറ്റപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
