ऋक्षबिलप्रवेशः
Entry into the Rikshabilam Cave
निशाम्य तस्मात् शिंहांश्च तांस्तांश्च मृगपक्ष्णिः।।।।प्रविष्टा हरिशार्दूला बिलं तिमिरसंवृतम्।
niśāmya tasmāt siṃhāṃś ca tāṃs tāṃś ca mṛgapakṣiṇaḥ |
praviṣṭā hariśārdūlā bilaṃ timirasaṃvṛtam ||
അകത്തു നിന്നു സിംഹങ്ങളുടെ ഗർജ്ജനവും പലവിധ മൃഗപക്ഷികളുടെ നിലവിളിയും കേട്ടു, വ്യാഘ്രസമാനമായ വാനരവർഗം അന്ധകാരമൂടിയ ആ ഗുഹയിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചു.
On hearing him, the monkeys entered the cave full of darkness. There was no light of the Moon or the Sun. It was a horripilating experience.
