O reverend one!, when you come back after having accomplished your purpose, performed your vows and acquitted yourself of the debt you owe your father, I shall attain supreme happiness.
Dharma is the faithful completion of vows and repayment of filial obligation—truthfully honoring the father’s claim and moral “debt.”
Kauśalyā frames her hope: her peace will come only when Rāma returns after fulfilling exile-related duties to his father.
Rāma’s reliability in dharma (satya to vows), mirrored by Kauśalyā’s reverence for moral obligation.
