The Consecration of Rama’s Sandals and Bharata’s Trusteeship at Nandigrama
गतश्च वा दिवं राजा वनस्थश्च गुरुर्मम।रामं प्रतीक्षे राज्याय स हि राजा महायशाः।।।।
gataś ca vā divaṃ rājā vanasthaś ca gurur mama | rāmaṃ pratīkṣe rājyāya sa hi rājā mahāyaśāḥ ||
രാജാവ് സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലേക്കു പോയി; എന്റെ ഗുരുസമാനനായ ജ്യേഷ്ഠഭ്രാതാവ് വനത്തിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു. രാജ്യഭാരമേറ്റെടുക്കാൻ ഞാൻ രാമനെ കാത്തിരിക്കും; മഹായശസ്സുള്ള യഥാർത്ഥ രാജാവ് അവൻ തന്നേ॥
