The Gift of the Sandals and Delegated Kingship
एतावदुक्त्वा वचनं गन्धर्वा: समहर्षयः।
राजर्षयश्चैव तदा सर्वे स्वां स्वां गतिं गताः।।2.112.7।।
etāvad uktvā vacanaṃ gandharvāḥ sa-maharṣayaḥ | rājarṣayaś caiva tadā sarve svāṃ svāṃ gatiṃ gatāḥ || 2.112.7 ||
ഇത്രമാത്രം വചനം പറഞ്ഞ ശേഷം, ഗന്ധർവർ മഹർഷികളോടൊപ്പം രാജർഷികളും അന്നേ സമയം എല്ലാവരും തത്തത്തങ്ങളുടെ ധാമങ്ങളിലേക്കു പുറപ്പെട്ടു.
O Bharata, born in an illustrious race, highly sagacious and a man of virtuous conduct and great renown, accept Rama's proposal if you have any regard for your father.
