yāni mithyābhiśastānāṃ patanty aśrūṇi rāghava | tāni putrān paśūn ghnanti prītyartham anuśāsataḥ ||

Translation

ഹേ രാഘവ! കള്ളമായി കുറ്റാരോപിതരായവരുടെ കണ്ണുനീർ—ഭരണാധികാരി സ്വന്തം സന്തോഷത്തിനായി മാത്രം ശിക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ—ആ കണ്ണുനീർ ആ രാജാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും പശുസമ്പത്തിനെയും നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
