गृहीतश्चैव पृष्टश्च काले दृष्टस्सकारणः।कच्चिन्न मुच्यते चोरो धनलोभान्नरर्षभ।।।।
gṛhītaś caiva pṛṣṭaś ca kāle dṛṣṭaḥ sakāraṇaḥ | kaccin na mucyate coro dhanalobhān nararṣabha ||
ഹേ നരശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! സമയത്ത് പിടിക്കപ്പെട്ട് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട് തെളിവോടെ കുറ്റം തെളിഞ്ഞ കള്ളനെ ധനലോഭം കൊണ്ടു വിട്ടയക്കുന്നില്ലല്ലോ?
