Ravana Reveals Himself; Sita Affirms Rama’s Dharma
इति ब्रुवाणां कैकेयीं श्वशुरो मे स मानदः।।3.47.9।।अयाचतार्थैरन्वर्थैर्न च याञ्चां चकार सा।
iti bruvāṇāṃ kaikeyīṃ śvaśuro me sa mānadaḥ | ayācatārthair anvarthair na ca yāñcāṃ cakāra sā || 3.47.9 ||
കൈകേയി ഇങ്ങനെ പറയുമ്പോൾ, മാന്യനായ എന്റെ ശ്വശുരനായ രാജാവ് യോജ്യമായ ധനസമ്പത്തുകൾ അർപ്പിച്ചു; എങ്കിലും അവൾ ആ പ്രാർത്ഥന സ്വീകരിച്ചില്ല.
