सीतारावणसंवादः

Ravana Reveals Himself; Sita Affirms Rama’s Dharma

अयोमुखानां शूलानामग्रे चरितुमिच्छसि।।3.47.44।।रामस्य सदृशीं भार्यां योऽधिगन्तुं त्वमिच्छसि।

ayomukhānāṁ śūlānām agre caritum icchasi || 3.47.44 || rāmasya sadṛśīṁ bhāryāṁ yo 'dhigantuṁ tvam icchasi |

ഇരുമ്പുമുനയുള്ള ശൂലങ്ങളുടെ അഗ്രങ്ങളിൽ നടക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ—രാമനോടു തുല്യമായ യോഗ്യതയുള്ള ഭാര്യയെ സ്വന്തമാക്കുവാൻ നീ മോഹിക്കുന്നത് അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണ്.
