Agastya Directs Rama to Panchavati

तौ तु तेनाभ्यनुज्ञातौ कृतपादाभिवन्दनौ।तदाश्रमात्पञ्चवटीं जग्मतुस्सीतया सह।।।।

Transliteration

tau tu tenābhyanujñātau kṛtapādābhivandanau | tad āśramāt pañcavaṭīṃ jagmatuḥ sītayā saha ||

Translation

അവൻ അനുവാദം നൽകിയതോടെ, ആ ഇരുവരും അവന്റെ പാദങ്ങളിൽ നമസ്കരിച്ചു; പിന്നെ സീതയോടുകൂടെ ആ ആശ്രമത്തിൽ നിന്ന് പഞ്ചവടിയിലേക്കു പുറപ്പെട്ടു.
