पञ्चवटी-निर्देशः

Agastya Directs Rama to Panchavati

अगस्त्येनैवमुक्तस्तु रामस्सौमित्रिणा सह।सत्कृत्यामन्त्रयामास तमृषिं सत्यवादिनम्।।।।

agastyenaivam uktas tu rāmaḥ saumitriṇā saha | satkṛtyāmantrayāmāsa tam ṛṣiṃ satyavādinam ||

അഗസ്ത്യൻ ഇങ്ങനെ ഉപദേശിച്ചതിനുശേഷം, രാമൻ സൗമിത്രി (ലക്ഷ്മണൻ) സഹിതം സത്യവാദിയായ ആ ഋഷിയെ ആദരപൂർവ്വം സത്കരിച്ചു, വിനയത്തോടെ വിടപറഞ്ഞു.
