daityāṃtakaraṇaṃ raudraṃ pralayāgnisamaprabham | taccakraṃ viṣṇunā muktaṃ hiraṇyākṣaṃ mahābalam

ദൈത്യാന്തകരവും രൗദ്രവും പ്രളയാഗ്നിയെപ്പോലെ ദീപ്തവുമായ ആ ചക്രം വിഷ്ണു മഹാബലനായ ഹിരണ്യാക്ഷനിലേക്കു പ്രയോഗിച്ചു.
