इति पृष्टस्स विश्वात्मा ब्रह्मणा लोकभावनः । उमापतिरुवाचेदं मनसः प्रीतिकारकम्

ഇങ്ങനെ ബ്രഹ്മാവ് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ, വിശ്വാത്മാവും ലോകഭാവനനും ആയ ഉമാപതി ശിവൻ മനസ്സിനെ ആനന്ദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഈ വചനങ്ങൾ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു।

Umāpati (Śiva/Maheśvara)
