शक्रस्य चामराणां च तेषामेष भयंकरः । एवमुक्त्वा स्थितः शंभुर्विस्मितश्च हरिस्तदा

śakrasya cāmarāṇāṃ ca teṣāmeṣa bhayaṃkaraḥ | evamuktvā sthitaḥ śaṃbhurvismitaśca haristadā

ഇവൻ ശക്രനിക്കും (ഇന്ദ്രനിക്കും) അമരന്മാർക്കും (ദേവന്മാർക്കും) ഭയങ്കരനാണ്. ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ് ശംഭു (ശിവൻ) അവിടെ നിലകൊണ്ടു; അപ്പോൾ ഹരി (വിഷ്ണു) വിസ്മയിച്ചു.
