व्रतदानं विसर्गं च गुरुशिष्यादिलक्षणम् । वेदं चाधीत्य संपूर्णं षडंगं सपदक्रमम्

vratadānaṃ visargaṃ ca guruśiṣyādilakṣaṇam | vedaṃ cādhītya saṃpūrṇaṃ ṣaḍaṃgaṃ sapadakramam

അവൻ വ്രത-ദാനവിധി, വിസർജനനിയമങ്ങൾ, ഗുരു-ശിഷ്യലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ അറിഞ്ഞ്, ഷഡംഗങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയ വേദം പദപദ പാഠക്രമത്തോടുകൂടെ സമ്പൂർണ്ണമായി അധ്യയനം ചെയ്തു.
