Dharmāṅgada’s Discourse (Dharmāṅgadopadeśa) in the Mohinī Episode

मन्ये भूपाल सा पत्न्या कृता तां त्वं न बुध्यसे । पुत्रव्यपादनाद्देवा भविष्यंति ह्यवाङ्मुखाः ॥ १६ ॥

manye bhūpāla sā patnyā kṛtā tāṃ tvaṃ na budhyase | putravyapādanāddevā bhaviṣyaṃti hyavāṅmukhāḥ || 16 ||

ഹേ ഭൂപാലാ, ആ പ്രവൃത്തി നിന്റെ ഭാര്യ ചെയ്തതാണെന്ന് ഞാൻ കരുതുന്നു; നീ അതു തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നില്ല. പുത്രവധം കാരണം ദേവന്മാർ തീർച്ചയായും വിമുഖരാകും।
