सर्वे लोकाः स्थिता ह्यत्र शिवः काशीति चिंतकाः । शिवस्य चिंतनाद्विप्र शैवाः सर्वे निराकुलाः ॥ ६४ ॥

ഇവിടെ എല്ലാ ലോകങ്ങളും നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു—‘ശിവൻ തന്നെയാണ് കാശി’ എന്നു ധ്യാനിക്കുന്നവരാൽ. ഹേ വിപ്രാ, ശിവചിന്തനമാത്രം കൊണ്ടുതന്നെ എല്ലാ ശൈവഭക്തരും വ്യാകുലതരഹിതരാകുന്നു.
