लाजैस्त्रिमधुरोपेतैस्तत्कालहवनेन वै । कन्यकां लभते पत्नीं समस्तगुणसंयुताम् ॥ १९९ ॥

ത്രിമധുരസഹിതമായ ലാജകൾ നിശ്ചിത സമയത്ത് ഹോമാഗ്നിയിൽ ആഹുതിയാക്കിയാൽ, സർവ്വഗുണസമ്പന്നയായ കന്യയെ ഭാര്യയായി ലഭിക്കുന്നു।
