सहस्रवारं तत्तोयैः स्नानं पानं समाचरेत् । पाकाद्यमपि तैरव कुर्याद्रोगविमुक्तये ॥ १३४ ॥

sahasravāraṃ tattoyaiḥ snānaṃ pānaṃ samācaret | pākādyamapi tairava kuryādrogavimuktaye || 134 ||

ആ ജലത്തോടെ സഹസ്രവാരം വിധിപൂർവ്വം സ്നാനവും പാനവും ആചരിക്കണം. രോഗവിമുക്തിക്കായി അതേ ജലത്തിൽ പാകം ചെയ്ത അന്നാദികളും ഒരുക്കണം॥
