आद्यं द्वितीयं करयोस्तार्तीयमुभयं न्यसेत् । मूलाधारे हृदि न्यस्य भूयो बीजत्रयं क्रमात् ॥ ४६ ॥

Transliteration

ādyaṃ dvitīyaṃ karayostārtīyamubhayaṃ nyaset | mūlādhāre hṛdi nyasya bhūyo bījatrayaṃ kramāt || 46 ||

Translation

ആദ്യവും രണ്ടാം ബീജവും രണ്ടു കൈകളിൽ ന്യാസം ചെയ്യണം; മൂന്നാം ബീജം ഇരുവശത്തും (കൈകളിൽ ഒരുമിച്ച്) ന്യാസം ചെയ്യണം. തുടർന്ന് മൂലാധാരത്തിലും ഹൃദയത്തിലും ന്യാസം ചെയ്ത്, ക്രമമായി വീണ്ടും ബീജത്രയം സ്ഥാപിക്കണം.
