दूर्वाभिरायुराप्नोति तन्दुलैर्धनवान्भवेत् । कदंबैर्वश्यमाप्नोति सर्वं त्रिमधुरप्लुतम् ॥ १४९ ॥

Transliteration

dūrvābhirāyurāpnoti tandulairdhanavānbhavet | kadaṃbairvaśyamāpnoti sarvaṃ trimadhuraplutam || 149 ||

Translation

ദൂർവാ പുല്ല് ആഹുതിയായി അർപ്പിച്ചാൽ ആയുസ്സ് ലഭിക്കുന്നു; അരിമണികൾ അർപ്പിച്ചാൽ ധനം വർധിക്കുന്നു. കടമ്പപ്പൂക്കൾ അർപ്പിച്ചാൽ വശീകരണശക്തി ലഭിക്കുന്നു—എന്നാൽ എല്ലാം ത്രിമധുരം (തേൻ, നെയ്യ്, പഞ്ചസാര) കൊണ്ട് നനച്ച് സമർപ്പിക്കണം.
