The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras

आधारदेशेऽधिष्ठाने नाभौ पश्चादनाहते । कंठदेशे भ्रवोर्मध्ये बिंदौ भूयः कला पदोः ॥ १२१ ॥

ādhāradeśe'dhiṣṭhāne nābhau paścādanāhate | kaṃṭhadeśe bhravormadhye biṃdau bhūyaḥ kalā padoḥ || 121 ||

ആധാരദേശത്ത്, അധിഷ്ഠാനത്തിൽ, നാഭിയിൽ; തുടർന്ന് അനാഹതത്തിൽ; കണ്ഠദേശത്ത്; ഭ്രൂമധ്യത്തിൽ; ബിന്ദുവിൽ; പിന്നെയും പാദങ്ങളിലെ കലയിൽ—ഈ സ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ ക്രമമായി (ന്യാസം/ചൈതന്യം) സ്ഥാപിക്കണം.
