शिवशक्त्यभिधे न्यासं चतुर्थे तु समाचरेत् । त्रिबीजपूर्वकान्न्यस्येत्षट्शिवाञ्छक्तिसंयुतान् ॥ ४९ ॥

ചതുര്ഥവിധിയിൽ ‘ശിവ‑ശക്തി’ എന്ന നാമത്തിലുള്ള ന്യാസം ആചരിക്കണം। മൂന്ന് ബീജാക്ഷരങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് ആരംഭിച്ച് മന്ത്രന്യാസം ചെയ്ത്, പിന്നെ ശക്തിസംയുക്തമായ ഷട്ശിവന്മാരെ സ്ഥാപിക്കണം।

It teaches a disciplined method of mantra-installation (nyāsa), emphasizing the integration of Śiva with Śakti—power and consciousness—so the practitioner’s body and mind become a fit vessel for mantra-sādhana.
Though technical, it frames devotion as precise worship through embodied practice: reverence is expressed by correctly installing sacred powers (Śiva–Śakti) rather than treating worship as merely emotional.
It highlights ritual-technology: sequencing a rite (the ‘fourth’ step), using bīja-mantras, and performing nyāsa—skills aligned with applied mantra-vidhi within the Purana’s technical (Vedanga-like) material.
