Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhayanaka
It links bodily moments (like yawning and breathing) with devotional awareness, teaching that mantra-sanctified substances and mindful conduct can be used as protective, dharmic supports—especially for vulnerable conditions such as pregnancy.
Bhakti here is practical: Kṛṣṇa is remembered not only in formal worship but even in involuntary acts like breath and yawn, turning ordinary life into continuous remembrance (smaraṇa) supported by mantra-japa.
It reflects applied ritual discipline—mantra-japa for consecration (saṃskāra) of substances like bhasma and attention to proper conduct during bodily acts—consistent with technical, practice-oriented instruction typical of the Third Pada.
