बीजेनैव षडंगानि कृत्वा ध्यानं समाचरेत् । पुरुषोत्तममंत्रोक्तं सर्वं वास्य प्रकीर्तितम् ॥ ११२ ॥
bījenaiva ṣaḍaṃgāni kṛtvā dhyānaṃ samācaret | puruṣottamamaṃtroktaṃ sarvaṃ vāsya prakīrtitam || 112 ||
ബീജാക്ഷരത്താൽ തന്നെ ഷഡംഗങ്ങൾ (ന്യാസാദി) നിർവഹിച്ചു, തുടർന്ന് ധ്യാനം യഥാവിധി ആചരിക്കണം. ഇതെല്ലാം പുരുഷോത്തമ-മന്ത്രത്തിൽ ഉപദേശിച്ചതനുസരിച്ച് പ്രസ്താവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
