पुनर्नयनयोरास्ये हृदि गुह्ये च पादयोः । विन्यसेद्धृदयांतानि मनोः पंचपदानि च ॥ ३० ॥

വീണ്ടും ഇരുനേത്രങ്ങളിൽ, മുഖത്തിൽ, ഹൃദയത്തിൽ, ഗുഹ്യപ്രദേശത്ത്, പാദങ്ങളിൽ—‘ഹൃദയ’ത്തിൽ അവസാനിക്കുന്ന മന്ത്രത്തിലെ അഞ്ചു പദങ്ങളുടെ ന്യാസം ചെയ്യണം.
