Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual context, consistent with Book 1.3 Vedanga-oriented material)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It links inner practice (meditation on Kṛṣṇa’s sacred ‘pada’/mantra) with outer ritual correctness (the maṇḍala’s prescribed method), teaching that devotion and precise procedure together conduce to the intended spiritual result.
Bhakti is expressed as focused remembrance/meditation on Kṛṣṇa’s feet (kṛṣṇa-pada), supported by respectful offerings—showing devotion as both contemplation and reverent service.
It reflects ritual-technical know-how: following a maṇḍala-based prescription and specifying suitable offering substances (fresh butter and curds from warm-prepared milk), i.e., procedural precision typical of applied Vedic ritual science.
