Narada (in instructional mode within the Vedanga/technical discipline context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes disciplined, non-harmful procedure—creating the right external conditions (shade, mild airflow, gentle handling) so that a practice is performed without excess heat, agitation, or damage, reflecting the sāttvika ideal of careful, regulated conduct.
Indirectly, it models bhakti as attentive service: even practical steps are done with care and restraint, mirroring how a devotee serves the Lord through orderly, mindful action rather than haste or intensity.
A procedural principle used across technical disciplines: maintain appropriate environmental conditions (avoid direct heat, use mild ventilation, apply gentle tools). This aligns with the Narada Purana’s Book 1.3 tone of method-based instruction rather than purely narrative teaching.
