Sage Narada (teaching in a Vedanga/ritual-application context, traditionally in dialogue with Sanatkumara)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhayanaka
It lists specific crisis-situations where mantra-prayoga and remedial rites are traditionally applied, portraying sacred sound as a dharmic tool for protection, restoration, and removal of harmful influences.
While technical in tone, it implies that sacred recitation and sanctioned ritual acts—performed with purity and faith—function as protective supports for a devotee’s life, enabling steadiness in dharma and worship.
It reflects applied mantra-vidya within the Vedanga-oriented section: practical ritual deployment for healing, protection, and countering graha/kr̥tyā afflictions—topics often linked with correct recitation (śikṣā) and ritual procedure (kalpa).
