पुरुषान्ते सर्वभयनिवारणपदं ततः । अष्टाष्टकं चतुःषष्टिः चेटिकाभयमीरयेत् ॥ १८० ॥

Transliteration

puruṣānte sarvabhayanivāraṇapadaṃ tataḥ | aṣṭāṣṭakaṃ catuḥṣaṣṭiḥ ceṭikābhayamīrayet || 180 ||

Translation

പുരുഷമന്ത്രത്തിന്റെ അവസാനം ശേഷം സർവ്വഭയനിവാരണപദം ഉച്ചരിക്കണം. തുടർന്ന് ‘അഷ്ടാഷ്ടകം’യും ‘ചതുഃഷഷ്ടി’യും ജപിച്ച് ചേടികാഭയം അകറ്റുന്ന മന്ത്രം പ്രസ്താവിക്കണം।
