प्रचटद्वयमाभाष्य कहयुग्मन च मद्वयम् । बन्धद्वयं घातयेति द्वयं वर्मास्त्रमीरयेत् ॥ १३८ ॥
pracaṭadvayamābhāṣya kahayugmana ca madvayam | bandhadvayaṃ ghātayeti dvayaṃ varmāstramīrayet || 138 ||
‘പ്രചട’ രണ്ടുതവണ ഉച്ചരിച്ച്, തുടർന്ന് ‘കഹ’ യുഗ്മവും ‘മ’ രണ്ടുതവണയും പറയണം. പിന്നെ ‘ബന്ധദ്വയം ഘാതയേ’ എന്ന വാക്യം രണ്ടുതവണ ഉച്ചരിച്ച്, ഇങ്ങനെ വർമ്മാസ്ത്രം (രക്ഷാ-അസ്ത്രമന്ത്രം) ജപിക്കണം.
