अस्रं रक्षद्वयं सर्वे हुमंताः समुदीरिताः । मस्तके नेत्रयोः कंठहृदये नाभिदेशके ॥ ९९ ॥

എല്ലാ ‘അസ്ത്ര’ രക്ഷാമന്ത്രങ്ങളും ദ്വിവിധ രക്ഷയും ‘ഹും’ എന്ന ഉച്ചാരത്തോടെ ജപിക്കണം. തുടർന്ന് മസ്തകം, നേത്രങ്ങൾ, കണ്ഠം, ഹൃദയം, നാഭിപ്രദേശം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ ന്യസിക്കണം.
