Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a technical/ritual-yogic context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches an inner consecration (tattva-nyāsa) where mantra, breath, mind, and subtle centers (heart-lotus and inner sun) are aligned, making ritual worship a disciplined yogic interiorization.
By prescribing nyāsa, it frames devotion as focused inner worship: the devotee installs sacred presence through mantra and concentrated awareness, so bhakti becomes steady, embodied, and contemplative.
It emphasizes mantra-śāstra style practice (seed mantras and nyāsa) and disciplined prāṇa–citta regulation—technical ritual-yogic procedure aligned with the Purana’s Third Pada focus on specialized sciences.
