सम्यक् शुद्धे शुचिः केशे जपन्मंत्रं पचेञ्चरुम् । अवतार्य चरुं पश्चाद्वह्नौ देयं यथाविधि ॥ १२२ ॥

Transliteration

samyak śuddhe śuciḥ keśe japanmaṃtraṃ paceñcarum | avatārya caruṃ paścādvahnau deyaṃ yathāvidhi || 122 ||

Translation

യഥാവിധി ശുദ്ധനായി, കേശം ശുചിയായി സൂക്ഷിച്ച്, മന്ത്രം ജപിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ചരു പാകം ചെയ്യണം. പിന്നെ അത് ഇറക്കി, വിധിപ്രകാരം പവിത്ര അഗ്നിയിൽ അർപ്പിക്കണം.
