Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 12

Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

धातुप्राणेषु हृदये विन्यसेत्तदनंतरम् । शिरोनेत्रा स्यहृत्कुक्षिसोरुजंघापदद्वये ॥ १२ ॥

dhātuprāṇeṣu hṛdaye vinyasettadanaṃtaram | śironetrā syahṛtkukṣisorujaṃghāpadadvaye || 12 ||

അതിനുശേഷം സാധകൻ ധാതുക്കളിലും പ്രാണവായുക്കളിലും ഹൃദയത്തെ കേന്ദ്രമാക്കി മന്ത്രന്യാസം സ്ഥാപിക്കണം. തുടർന്ന് ശിരസ്, നേത്രങ്ങൾ, മുഖം, ഹൃദയം, ഉദരം, ഊരു, ജംഘകൾ, ഇരുപാദങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയിൽ ക്രമമായി ന്യാസം ചെയ്യണം.
