Narada (narrative description within Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
The verse highlights the puranic ideal of honoring sacred acts through proper arcana—offerings like flowers, ornaments, anointing, and garments—while emphasizing generosity (scattering jewels) as a dharmic expression of merit.
Bhakti is implied through arcitam (being worshipped/honored): devotion is expressed via reverential service and offering (upacāra) that treats the revered figure or deity with dignity, purity, and beautifying worship.
It reflects ritual procedure (kalpa-style upacāras): the ordered use of flowers, ornaments, unguents, and cloth in worship—practical details aligned with technical/ritual disciplines discussed in Book 1.3.
