FAQs

It presents an enumerative cluster of sacred names linked with Vighneśī, indicating that remembering/reciting these forms is a traditional way to invoke divine power for protection and the removal of impediments.

Bhakti here is expressed as nāma-smaraṇa—devotional recollection through divine names and epithets—centering on Vighneśī as the deity who governs and clears obstacles on the devotee’s path.

The verse reflects the Vedāṅga-style use of precise name-forms (nāma) in mantra and ritual recitation—emphasizing correct enumeration and remembrance as a practical liturgical method.
