अध्ययनाध्यापनादून्वर्जयेत्संस्मरेद्धरिम् । ब्रह्मचारी भवेन्नित्यं गंधमाल्यादि वर्जयेत् ॥ १० ॥
adhyayanādhyāpanādūnvarjayetsaṃsmareddharim | brahmacārī bhavennityaṃ gaṃdhamālyādi varjayet || 10 ||
അധ്യയനത്തെയും അധ്യാപനത്തെയും തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതെല്ലാം ഒഴിവാക്കി, ഹരിയെ നിരന്തരം സ്മരിക്കണം. നിത്യവും ബ്രഹ്മചാരിയായി നിന്ന്, സുഗന്ധം, മാല മുതലായ ഭോഗാലങ്കാരങ്ങൾ വെടിയണം.
