जनक उवाच । यत्कार्यं ब्राह्मणेनेह जन्मप्रभृति तच्छुणु । कृतोपनयनस्तात भवेद्वेदपरायणः ॥ ११ ॥
janaka uvāca | yatkāryaṃ brāhmaṇeneha janmaprabhṛti tacchuṇu | kṛtopanayanastāta bhavedvedaparāyaṇaḥ || 11 ||
ജനകൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ജന്മം മുതൽ ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ ഇവിടെ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് കേൾക്കുക. പ്രിയ പുത്രാ, ഉപനയനം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അവൻ വേദാധ്യയനത്തിലും ജപത്തിലും പരായണനാകണം।
