गजग्रीष्टकृतिर्व्यैका दलिता चेष्टभाजिता । एकोऽस्य वर्गो दलितः सैको राशिः परो मतः ॥ ३२ ॥

Transliteration

gajagrīṣṭakṛtirvyaikā dalitā ceṣṭabhājitā | eko'sya vargo dalitaḥ saiko rāśiḥ paro mataḥ || 32 ||

Translation

ഒരു ഏകകത്തെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി, അതിനെ കുറച്ച് പ്രവർത്തനനിയമപ്രകാരം വിഭജിച്ചാൽ, ആ കുറച്ച മൂല്യത്തിന്റെ വർഗം ലഭിക്കുന്നു. അതേ ഏകകമേ പിന്നെ സിദ്ധരാശിയെന്നു മുനികൾ ഉപദേശിക്കുന്നു।
