Brāhma Purāṇānukramaṇikā
अधुना श्रोतुमिच्छामि पुराणाख्यानमुत्तमम् । यस्मिन्यस्मिन्पुराणे तु यद्यदाख्यानकं मुने । तत्सर्वं मे समाचक्ष्व सर्वज्ञस्त्वं यतो मतः ॥ ३ ॥
adhunā śrotumicchāmi purāṇākhyānamuttamam | yasminyasminpurāṇe tu yadyadākhyānakaṃ mune | tatsarvaṃ me samācakṣva sarvajñastvaṃ yato mataḥ || 3 ||
ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ഉത്തമമായ പുരാണാഖ്യാനം കേൾക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. ഹേ മുനേ, ഏത് ഏത് പുരാണത്തിൽ ഏത് ഏത് ഉപാഖ്യാനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടോ അവയെല്ലാം എനിക്ക് പറഞ്ഞുതരുക; കാരണം നീ സർവ്വജ്ഞനെന്ന് കരുതപ്പെടുന്നു.
