The Description of the Caturdaśī Vrata Observed throughout the Twelve Months

केदारोदकपानेन वाचिमेधफलं भवेत् । उद्यापने तु सर्वांसां सामान्यो विधिरुच्यते ॥ ७६ ॥

kedārodakapānena vācimedhaphalaṃ bhavet | udyāpane tu sarvāṃsāṃ sāmānyo vidhirucyate || 76 ||

കേദാരതീർത്ഥജലം പാനം ചെയ്താൽ വാചിമേധ യാഗഫലത്തോടു തുല്യമായ പുണ്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഉദ്യാപനകാര്യത്തിൽ എല്ലാ വ്രതങ്ങൾക്കും പൊതുവായ വിധിയാണെന്ന് പറയുന്നു.
