The Exposition of the Dvādaśī Vow for the Twelve Months
Dvādaśī-vrata-nirṇaya and Mahā-dvādaśī Lakṣaṇas
गवां नीराजनं कुर्यान्महिष्यादेश्च मंडलम् । नमो जयेति शब्दैश्च घंटाशंखा दिनिःस्वनैः ॥ ४३ ॥
gavāṃ nīrājanaṃ kuryānmahiṣyādeśca maṃḍalam | namo jayeti śabdaiśca ghaṃṭāśaṃkhā diniḥsvanaiḥ || 43 ||
പശുക്കൾക്ക് നീരാജനം ചെയ്യണം; കൂടാതെ എരുമ മുതലായ കന്നുകാലികൾക്കായി രക്ഷാർത്ഥം മണ്ടലം വരയ്ക്കണം; ‘നമോ’ ‘ജയ’ എന്ന ഘോഷങ്ങളോടും ഘണ്ടാ-ശംഖ നാദങ്ങളോടും കൂടി।
