Narada
Vrata: Abhaya-vrata (implied by immediate context)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It functions as a phala-shruti: it affirms that correct performance of the stated rite (vidhi) yields definite spiritual and karmic results—attainment of Sūrya-loka, upliftment of status for the dvija, and auspicious rebirth for the Śūdra.
While framed in ritual language, the verse supports bhakti indirectly by emphasizing faithful adherence to prescribed worship/observance; devotion expressed through disciplined practice is said to produce higher realms and purifying karmic outcomes.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is implied through the emphasis on vidhi—performing the act according to injunctions—showing that correct method and observance are central to obtaining the promised fruit.
