Narada (teaching in a vrata/ritual instruction sequence, within the Narada Purana’s dialogic frame)
Vrata: Caitra-śukla-dvitīyā vrata (Brahmā-pūjā within Dvitīyā series)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It prescribes a time-specific vrata/puja: honoring Brahmā (with Śakti) on Caitra Śukla Dvitīyā, recognizing him as the ritual source (kratu-udbhava) and approaching sacred order through prescribed offerings.
Bhakti here is expressed as reverent worship through praise (stotra) and respectful upacāras (havis food, fragrance, etc.), aligning devotion with Vedic ritual discipline rather than mere sentiment.
Kalavidhi/astronomical-ritual timing is central: the observance is fixed to a specific tithi (Caitra Śukla Dvitīyā), reflecting Jyotiṣa-based calendrical discipline used to schedule rites.
