पूर्वमेव समुद्दिष्टं संक्षेपादिह कथ्यते । भविष्याणां मनूनां च चरितं हि ततः परम् ॥ २४ ॥

pūrvameva samuddiṣṭaṃ saṃkṣepādiha kathyate | bhaviṣyāṇāṃ manūnāṃ ca caritaṃ hi tataḥ param || 24 ||

മുമ്പേ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചതാണ് ഇവിടെ സംക്ഷേപമായി പറയുന്നത്; അതിനുശേഷം ഭാവിയിലെ മനുക്കളുടെ ചരിതങ്ങൾ നിശ്ചയമായും വിവരണപ്പെടും।
