ततश्च विस्तरात्सर्गस्त्रिपुराख्यानकं तथा । लिंगप्रतिष्ठा च ततः पशुपाशविमोक्षणम् ॥ ८ ॥
tataśca vistarātsargastripurākhyānakaṃ tathā | liṃgapratiṣṭhā ca tataḥ paśupāśavimokṣaṇam || 8 ||
പിന്നീട് സർഗം (സൃഷ്ടി) വിശാലമായി വർണ്ണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; ത്രിപുരാഖ്യാനവും പറയപ്പെടുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് ലിംഗപ്രതിഷ്ഠ, പിന്നെ പശുവിനെ പാശബന്ധങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വിമോചിപ്പിക്കൽ വർണ്ണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
