The Exposition of the Table of Contents of the Brahmavaivarta Purāṇa
सृष्टिप्रकरणं त्वाद्यं ततो नारदवेधसोः । विवादः सुमहान्यत्र द्वयोरासीत्पराभवः ॥ ७ ॥
sṛṣṭiprakaraṇaṃ tvādyaṃ tato nāradavedhasoḥ | vivādaḥ sumahānyatra dvayorāsītparābhavaḥ || 7 ||
ആദ്യമായി സൃഷ്ടിപ്രകരണം വരുന്നു; തുടർന്ന് ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥത്തിൽ നാരദനും വേധസ് (ബ്രഹ്മാ)നും ഇടയിൽ അതിമഹത്തായൊരു വിവാദം വിവരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; അതിൽ ഇരുവരിൽ ഒരാൾ പരാജയം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
