sārathiṃ cāsya bāṇena dṛḍhenābhyahanaddhṛdi cicheda jyāmathaikena tailadhautena dānavaḥ //

Translation

ആ ദാനവൻ ശക്തമായ അമ്പുകൊണ്ട് അവന്റെ സാരഥിയുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ പ്രഹരിച്ചു; പിന്നെ തൈലം തേച്ച് മിനുക്കിയ ഒരൊറ്റ അമ്പുകൊണ്ട് ധനുസ്സിന്റെ ജ്യയും മുറിച്ചു.
