dhūpāmodamanoramye sarjagandhopayogike tataḥ krameṇa divase gate dūraṃ vibhāvarī //

ധൂപസൗരഭ്യം നിറഞ്ഞ മനോഹരവും, റെസിനസ് സുഗന്ധവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഉപയോഗത്തിന് യോജ്യവുമായ ആ അന്തരീക്ഷത്തിൽ, ദിവസം ക്രമേണ മുന്നേറുമ്പോൾ രാത്രിയുടെ അന്ധകാരം ദൂരെയായി പിന്മാറി।
